Mrs. Mary Hodges Clarke of Enterprise went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the family residence surrounded by her family. She was 82.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021 at First Assembly of God Church in Enterprise with Rev. Shawn Crosby officiating. Burial will follow in the Enterprise City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the time of service.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the building fund at the First Assembly of God Church in Enterprise.

Mrs. Clarke was born November 4, 1938 in Enterprise. AL. to the late Vandy and Willie Mae Hodges.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert “Bob” Clarke, two brothers and nephew, Larry Hodges.

Nana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a member of First Assembly of God Church, Enterprise, AL. where she loved to serve and sing.  Her love for cooking was displayed through her many years in the school lunchroom, restaurants as well as her days being a caregiver.  One of her favorites was baking cakes. 

Survivors include her son, Thomas Clarke and his wife Michelle of New Brockton, AL, three grandchildren; Brittany (Evan) Sanders of Edgewater, FL, Dylan Clarke (Sara Beth) of New Brockton, AL, and Katie (Thomas) Walters of New Brockton, AL, five great-grandchildren, Addie Jo, Kaiser, John Luke, Griffin, and Amelia; nephews Steve (Kate) Hodges of Enterprise, AL. and Ted (Donna) Hodges of Dothan, AL; great niece, Kim (Chris) Boroff of Enterprise, AL.
