   Mrs. Nancy Louise Nading Dworek, a resident of Ozark, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at her home. She was 80 years old.


   A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Dworek will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 3, 2024 from Ewell Bible Baptist Church with Reverend Dale Goodwin, Reverend David Lewis and Reverend Matthew McCoy officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.


   Nancy Louise Dworek was born July 10, 1943 in Santa Monica, California to the late Mary Louise Petty Nading and Merle Edwin Nading. She graduated from North High School in Denver, Colorado in 1961 and married James Eugene Dworek on November 15, 1962. She was a mom and a grandma to anyone who needed one. Sewing and crafting were her joys. She was active for many years at Ewell Bible Baptist Church. She and Jim were foster parents in Sacramento County, California from 1988 until they moved to Alabama in 1997.


   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Merle (Bud) Edwin Nading.


   She is survived by her husband, James Eugene Dworek of Ozark; her sister, Mary Ann MacDonald; her children, Sharlene (Matthew) McCoy, Judith (Peter) Stultz, Valery (Charles) McCue, Cynthia (David) Stauffer, Quentin (Sharon) Richards, Sara (William) Bonner, James (Jennifer) Dworek, Angel (Matthew) Sisk, and Gregory (Sydnee) Dworek; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, several nieces and nephews and a cousin.


   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Ewell Bible Baptist Church, 64 Susie Street, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
