Mrs. Patricia Ann Givens, age 81, of Dothan, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022.

Born December 23, 1940 in Houston County, Alabama to the late Casey A. Taylor and Jeams Ann Harrison Taylor, Patricia owned and operated Pat’s Florist for over 10 years in Rehobeth. She enjoyed arts and crafts, as well as knitting and crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed attending flea markets.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Huston Givens; her son, Johnny Givens; her brothers, Nathaniel Taylor, Skinner Taylor, Billy Taylor, Lafayette Taylor, and two infant brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Priscilla Givens; her son, Stanley Givens; seven grandsons, one granddaughter; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Leon Taylor; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Memory Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 2 PM, prior to the service.
