   Mrs. Paula Dianne Blackmon Cobb, a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday evening, July 26, 2022. She was 72 years old.


   Funeral services for Mrs. Cobb will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 29, 2022 from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Mike Whitt officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.


   The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.


   Mrs. Cobb was born July 29, 1949 in Panama City, Florida to the late Paul Uriah Blackmon and Doris Mauline Whittington Blackmon. Mrs. Cobb grew up in Ozark where she retired from the Ozark City School System as a bus driver. She was heavily involved with any activity that involved childrens’ activities. Dianne especially enjoyed supporting and being with her family.


   Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Wayne Cobb of Ozark; two daughters, Michelle Woodham (Jeff) of Ewell and Nikki Cobb (Jason Jones) of Ozark; one son, Gregory Wayne Cobb (Liesl) of Ozark; two God daughters, Tiffany Gilland Howell (Adam) of Black, Alabama and Kristen Cedeno (Erick) of Ozark; her step-mother, Peggy Blackmon of Ozark; grandchildren, Nathan Glaze (Kaitlee), Morgan Hunt Glaze (Haddan Ward), Tyler Cobb (Allison), Hope Cobb Chandler (Caleb), Taylor Garza, Lily Garza, Taylor Whitmire (James) and Brady Strength; one brother, Jimmy Blackmon of Ozark; and her special babies, Maverick, Eli, Stetsen, Sandyn and Sarah Laine. Several nieces and nephews also survive.


   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Flowers Center for the Performing Arts, C/O Nicholas Bull, P. O. Box 1161, Ozark, Alabama 36361.
