Mrs. Pauline Mock Floyd

Mrs. Pauline Mock Floyd, age 93, of Dothan, AL passed away on April 8, 2022. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Clark officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Mrs. Floyd was born in Barbour County, AL to Vera Bell and Sylvester Mock on March 29, 1929. She was married to J.T. Floyd for 62 years until his death in 2008. They had 7 children, 3 survive to cherish her memory, Gene (Candace) Floyd, Johnny (Bobbi) Floyd, and Larry (Sherry) Floyd.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Stephanie (Stephen) Robison, Bridget Taylor, Cheryl (Terry) Bates, Michele (Jake) Huff, James (Noemi) Floyd, JJ (Vernon) Powell, Michael Floyd, Brandon Powell, Greg Isley and Chelsea Tyson, 17 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Hagler of Louisville and Helen Cutchens; and one brother, Billy Mock of Eufaula.

Preceding her in death are her four children, Jimmy Floyd, Donald Floyd, Norma Powell and Ronald Floyd; and her siblings, Shelly Mae Adkinson, Katherine Tew, Jewel Floyd and Clyde Mock.
