In loving memory of Robin Rose Williams, mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend who passed away July 21, 2022. She was the devoted wife of Gary Williams, loving mother of Niki Copeland, stepmother of Jimmy Williams, Gary Williams, and Shannon Williams. Her greatest joy was being the proud grandmother to Hank Copeland, Addy Copeland, Bradley Williams, Preston Williams, Lainey Hilson, Tripp Hilson, Patrick Williams, and blessed great grandmother to Brennan Williams and Eleanor Williams.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Robin was a kind, caring, and giving soul who always put the needs and wants of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who throughout her life faced every challenge and new chapter with perseverance, positivity, courage and grace. She was an inspiration to all of us and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

She led a life filled with adventure and walked many different paths personally and professionally. She did not know a stranger and she did not know a challenge she could not tackle. She was a jack of all trades and an entrepreneur at heart. There was nothing she could not teach herself or master. She passed the belief that you can do anything and be anything you want onto her daughter. She often said “dream big angel, you can do anything you put your mind to”. Robin loved fiercely and her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She lived to spoil them. Her unconditional love, fierce loyalty, and tenacity made her a role model to many. Those who love her may not remember what she said, but they will never forget how she made them feel. Loved.

The Celebration of Life will be held at Ward-Wilson Funeral home in Dothan, Alabama on July 30, 2022 at 4 P.M. Following the service, the family invites Robin’s friends and family to join them for a dinner. Details of the location will be announced following the Celebration of Life Service. In the last years of her life Robin was faced with her greatest challenge, Retinitis Pigmentosa, a debilitating disease that leads to total blindness. In honor of her, the family requests, in lieu of flowers donations to the Foundation Fighting Blindness at their website www.donate.fightingblindness.org/webdonation and please list her name.

Robi you will always be in our hearts and never be forgotten. You live on through your daughter and grandchildren, your legacy will go on. We love you as much as the sun, moon, and stars. Rest in peace and soar with the angels.
