Mrs. Rubye Lee Beauchamp Medley, a resident of Ozark, died Friday, April 3, 2020, at her home.  She was 86 years old.

Mrs. Medley was born September 8, 1933 in Clarksville, Texas to the late Joe Beauchamp and Ida Mae Ward Beauchamp. She worked with Stage One Cold Storage in Ozark for 16 years and with J. B. Head Construction Company in Ozark for 10 years, retiring in 2000.  Following her retirement, Mrs. Medley worked with Ozark Baptist Church Day Care for 10 years, loving her boys and girls.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Eldon Medley; seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Gail Williams of Panama City Beach, Larry and Joannae Williams of Ozark; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jim Head of Ozark; six grandchildren, Kelley Peak, Tiffany Melanson, Jared Williams, Justin Williams, Keith Williams, and Jeremy Williams. Six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Kindred Hospice, 2740 Headland Avenue, Dothan, Alabama 36303.
