Mrs. Mrs. Ruth Bazemore Sanders of Chancellor, AL passed away Friday, December 9, 2011.  She was 68.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at El Bethel Baptist Church with and Rev. Barry Gordon officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 12, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

 Mrs. Sanders was born in Taylor County, GA on September 25, 1943 to the late Gordon and Ruth Hagler Bazemore. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Gordon Bazemore, Jr.

 She is survived by her Husband of 47 years, James Sanders of Chancellor; one daughter, Paula Mullis ( Kip) of Cochran, GA; one son, Paul Sanders (Kendra) of Warner Robins, GA; five grandchildren, Trevor, Savannah and Jeremy Mullis all of Cochran, GA, Dustin and Polly Sanders of Warner Robins, GA; two great grandchildren, Chandler Pearce and Jaslyn Mullis of Cochran, GA; one brother, Madison Bazemore (Ann) of Warner Robins, GA; And several nieces and nephews.
