Mrs. Sherry Fuller Dean, age 80, of Dothan, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born January 15, 1943 in Dothan, Alabama to the late James Douglas Fuller and Avis Brackin Fuller, Sherry was a member of Greystone Methodist Church. She married the love of her life, Bobby Dean, on January 12, 1962. She loved being a wife and mother, raising her sons, and later spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed travelling with Bobby, many times, taking roads at random.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Douglas Fuller and Avis Brackin Fuller.
Sherry is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bobby Dean; her sons, Steve Dean (Patsy) and Brian Dean; her grandchildren, Brittany Haines (Brad), Jordan Mitchell (Rhys), and Brandon Dean (Stacey); her great-grandchildren, Maddie Haines, Will Haines, Josh Haines (Hope), Bradley Dean, and Bridger Dean; her sister, Rosalind Norman (Joe); her brother, Ronald Fuller (Judie); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM, Friday, March 31, 2023 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Reverend Teresa Johnson officiating.
The family will be accepting flowers.
