Mrs. Tokiko Otsuka Shealey passed away at her residence in Ozark on March 24, 2015, she was 82.

A memorial service for Mrs. Shealey will be held at Mt. Carmel Methodist Church on Friday March 27, 2015 at 2PM with Reverend Tom Skeen officiating.

The family request no flowers.
