Heather Chanel Alderman, 48, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Southeast Health following a brief illness.

Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be held at Enterprise Baptist Church, Ashford, Al.

Heather was born July 14, 1972, in Dothan, AL, to Joe Bruce Alderman and Sue Stewart Taylor.

Heather is preceded in death by her father, Joe Bruce Alderman, grandparents; Felter and Lois (Stinson) Alderman, Evelyn Stewart Rabon, and step-grandparents RJ and Bobbie (Silcox) Taylor.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jake and Courtney (Gilbert) Singleton, Ashford; sister, Shannon Alderman, Dothan; brother, Joe Bruce Alderman, Jr. (Angela), Ashford; a very special niece, Aubrey Whitlow Harmon (Nick), Cowarts; nephews, Tyler Moon (Morgan); Matthew McCraney; Brandon Alderman; grandnephews: Zayn Harmon, Brody Moon, and Riggs Moon, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
