Ms. Jimmie India Watford, a resident of Southern Junction, died Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Southeast Health. She was 80.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1PM Friday, June 5, 2020 at Big Creek Cemetery with Reverend Larry Newton officiating. Visitation will be held from 10AM to 12PM Friday, June 5, 2020 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.

Ms. Jimmie was born to the late Loyal and Cynthia Watford Thomley. She was a lifelong resident in the Southern Junction Community. She retired after 22 years as a bus driver for the Houston County Board of Education (Rehobeth).

She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of fifty-two years, Bennie Paul Watford; a son, Andy Watford.

Survivors include a daughter, Cyndia Watford; three grandsons, Evan Watford (Sabrina), Noah Watford and Chaz Chumney (Heather); two great grandchildren, William and Killian Watford; a very special daughter in-law, Olivia Watford.
