Ms. Patsy Gail Moore of Geneva passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at her home.  She was 81.


A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Johnny Hughes Community Center. 405 S 3rd Ave, Hartford, AL 36344.


The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice of Enterprise for the love and care shown to Ms. Patsy.


Patsy was born in Geneva County on May 6, 1942, to the late Charlie Jackson and Luna Wright. She was employed with various textile factories during her working years ensuring her family was well provided for. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her family and friends, and will be dearly missed. 


In addition to her parents, her husband, Carlous L. Moore; two son:, Steve Moore and Jeff Moore: sister, Jaqulene Smith: grandson, Tony Moore;  and nephews: Chuck Holley and Gary Moore all preceded her in death.


Survivors include her daughter, Debra Moore Absher: two grandchildren: Nicole Moore, and Cheyenne Moore; seven great grandchildren; sisters: Rita Boyette (Calvin) and Linda Holley (Jerry); nieces and nephews: Margaret Moore, Gay Smith, Rick Holley, Michael Holley, Scott Boyette, Ted Smith, Tim Moore (April), and Darin Moore (Starla); other extended family and friends.
