MSgt Billy F Register, USAF, Ret, a resident of Indian Trail, NC, passed away on December 10, 2022. He was 91.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in Sunset Memorial Park in Dothan, AL.

Billy was born on November, 5, 1931 to Arthur V. and Martha Evelyn Register in Headland, Alabama. He attended school at Midland City High School. Billy enlisted in the Air Force and served in multiple states such as Texas, Minnesota, Alabama, and served abroad in South Korea and Japan. Upon retirement from the Air Force he returned to Dothan, Alabama where he owned several businesses such as Wiregrass Ins. & Realty, and co-owner of Greenville Ford Dealership.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; and 3 brothers, Charles, Gary and Sammy Register.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Register; a son, Mike (Linda) Register, Dothan; three daughters, Sandra Coers, Sacramento, Cal., Kim (Chris) Dillon, Raleigh, NC, and Stephanie (Raul) Roman, Wellington, Fl; one sister, Barbara Marshall, Midland City, Al; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
