C Nancy Peck, 71, of Enterprise, Alabama passed away peacefully in her sleep on 3 February 2023. Nancy Long was born on 9 April 1951 in Tarboro NC.

She was preceded in death by her Father Joe Long , her Mother Catherine Long Stalls and her brother Sam Long.

She is survived by her husband Ken Peck, her sister Linda Wilson, her brother Frank (Susie), her son Doug (Rosie) Peck, Her daughter Joanna (Kevin) Phalen and grandson Patrick Phalen.

After high school Nancy joined the Air Force and she and her sister both spent time in California as recruiters. Later she owned a pet store. In 1990 she met and married Ken and they embarked on a long Air Force career all over the world. She lived in England, Germany, Italy, Idaho, Virginia, S Korea, New Mexico, Florida, and Alabama. At one point she moved 8 times in 8 years. She could completely set up each new home in 3 days’ time. She was a great shopper and loved to collect Christmas items from all over the world. She would convert her home into a Christmas wonderland and throw great parties for all her friends. Nancy never met a stranger. She loved her last move to Enterprise and thoroughly enjoyed her golfing time and friends at Enterprise Country Club. She had kind words and good advice for all her golfing friends. She would also tell great stories from her life experiences.

Her wish is for a celebration of life event at a future date at Enterprise Country Club. In lieu of flowers donations could be made to Tunnel to Towers or the American Cancer Society.
