Mr. Nolan Thomas Willis died Sunday, March 25, 2012 at his residence in Midland City. He was 43.


 


A memorial service honoring the life of Mr. Willis will be 2 P.M. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Fairview United Methodist Church, 5500 Old Selma Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36108 with the Reverends Joel Wasson and Jim Lester officiating. There will also be a memorial service for friends and family 2 P.M. Sunday, April 1, 2012 at First Assembly of God Church, 606 North Tennille Avenue, Donalsonville, Georgia with the Reverend James Scarborough officiating. In lieu of flowers  donations to help cover expenses may  be made to the Fairview United Methodist Church , 5500 Old Selma Road, Montgomery, AL 36108.


 


Nolan was born in Montgomery, Alabama on July 10, 1968, the son of Henry and Janice Willis. He loved working with his hands, playing baseball and computer games. He also loved to fish and caught a fish almost as big as he was when he was seven.


 


Nolan was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine and his daughter Desiree.


 


He leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents, daughter, Vanessa, son, Jesse, sisters, Karen Owens and her husband Michael, Kimberly Jones and her husband Jason, brother, William Jason Willis and his wife Shirley, four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.


 


He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
