ABBEVILLE, ALABAMA. . .Norman Edward Bennett, Jr., a resident of Abbeville, Alabama, died Monday afternoon, December 6, 2021, at his home. He was 67.

   There are no memorial or funeral services planned at this time.

   Mr. Bennett was born in Easton, Maryland, son of the late Norman Edward Bennett, Sr. and Louise Bertha Nichols Bennett. He lived in Felton, Delaware before moving to Abbeville in 2018. Mr. Bennett was retired, due to disability, as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Aimee Lou Bennett and a sister, Eleanor Murphy.

   Surviving relatives include his companion, Caroline Cook Kessler, Abbeville; a son, Jeremy Stafford (Amy), grandchildren, Chase Bennett (Megan), Chant Hoffman, Gabriel Stafford and Parker Stafford, a great-granddaughter, Raimee Lou Bennett; a sister, Laura Coulburn (Chris), two brothers, Bruce Wayne Bennett, Sr. (Lisa) and Keith Bennett (Claire), a niece, Kristy M. Bailey (Major), and a nephew, Bruce W. Bennett, Jr. (Heather); a great-nephew,  Aidan Bailey and a great-niece, Arianna Bennett.
