Obituary from Holman Funeral Home and Cremations – Ozark, AL

 

Mr. Perry Smith, Jr., 74, of Skipperville, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark.  Interment will follow in Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Tuesday from 9:00 A. M. until service time.

Mr. Smith was born June 25, 1942 in Dale County to the late Perry Smith and Myrtis Jewel Herring Smith.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Smith; and one son, Gary Smith.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Mickie Smith; sisters and brothers, Kenny and Shirley Boatwright, Melvin and Linda Smith, Larry and Ella Smith, Jerry Smith, Billy Smith, Anne Heath, and Debbie German. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
