Oscar Lee Patrick of Enterprise, AL passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 at his home. He was 65.
Funeral services with military honors will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Searcy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Huey Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Gentiva Hospice, PO Box 1708, Enterprise, AL 36331 or to: American Cancer Society, % Linda Andress, PO Box 310900, Enterprise, AL 36331.
Mr. Patrick retired from the US Army and was a veteran of Vietnam.
Mr. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Sollie and Leila Patrick; 3 sisters, Merline Fleming, Jean Baker, and Jeanette Pair, brother, Ray Patrick.
Survivors include his wife, Marita Patrick; daughter, Tina Deason (Rick) ; son, Mathew Patrick; grandson, Alex Deason, all of Enterprise, AL; sisters, Doris Lavender, Ozark, AL; Joyce Pair, Abbeville, AL; brothers and sisters-in-law, Manuel Patrick (Frances) Enterprise, AL; Roger Patrick (June) Conway, SC; Marilyn Patrick, Enterprise, AL; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will like to extend a special thank you to everyone with Gentiva Hospice for their loving care.
