Pamela Ann Sombke of Panama City, FL passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at her residence. She was 54.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, August 4, 2017 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford. Burial will follow in Black Community Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

 

Survivors include her husband, Steve Sombke; one daughter, Cassidy Clifton; one son, Tyler Guidry, all of Panama City, FL.; four grandchildren, Daniel Clifton, Elizabeth Clifton, Andrew Clifton, and Hayden Guidry; mother, Georgia Ann (Jim) Burke of Panama City, FL.; father, Franklin (Shelia) Collins of Albany, GA.; one brother, Keith (Lisa) Collins of Leesburg, GA.
