Pantha Jean Robertson of Geneva, Alabama passed Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the age of 88.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, Al.  Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until funeral time. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wiregrass Nursing Home Bus Fund, 1200 W Maple Ave. Geneva, Al 36340.

Pantha Jean was born in Lake Lure, NC to the late Ralph John and Nannie Sue Dalton Robertson.  She loved her home in Bills Creek, NC, where she was also a member of Bills Creek Baptist Church. Her family will remember her as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, who loved the Lord and spent much time witnessing and sharing God’s word with those she came in contact with.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; Mildred Haynes & Katherine Whaley and two great-grandchildren; Bo Thomas Jenkins and Bentlee Raylan Jenkins.

She is survived by one son; Jeffrey Lee Pace, Lake Lure, NC and two daughters; Vicki Renae Walton (Tom), Landrum, SC and Lisa Jolene Ward (Robert), Bonifay, FL and eight grandchildren; Jason Pace (Ann), Jenna Pace (fiancée Shawn Cantrell), Jillian Wafford (Joseph), Karli Whidden (Chase), Blake Whidden (Krista) , Kaila Whidden (Brian), Nichole Williams (Travis) and Dustin Ward; eleven great-grandchildren and two on the way.

Mrs. Robertson will be laid to rest in her hometown of Lake Lure, NC at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Bills Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m.
