Patsy Ann Swearengin

Patsy Ann Swearengin, age 57 of Dothan passed away early Saturday morning, June 15, 2019 in a Dothan hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, June 19 , 2019 in the Chapel of Family First Funeral & Cremation Care with Sister Judy Dyson officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday night from 5pm until 7pm.

Patsy was born and raised in Houston County to the late Samuel Lee and Mollie Frances Messick Fulford where she lived all her life. She was a CNA for over 15 years at Wesley Place (formerly Wesley Manor) prior to her retirement. Patsy was of the Pentecostal faith.

Patsy is survived by her husband, Ronnie Swearengin; two daughters, Brandy Swearengin (Doyle McDaniel) and Rhonda Swearengin (Rodney Reese), all of Dothan; four grandchildren, Shelby Swearengin (Arturo Sanchez), Savannah Swearengin (Hunter Campbell), Seth Swearengin and Jacob Swearengin; five brothers-in-law, Billy Swearengin (Karen), Lee Swearengin (Connie), Phillip “Radar” Swearengin (Angie), K.C. Swearengin (Sherrie) and Chris Swearengin (Kim). One sister-in-law, Carolyn Thomas. Patsy is also survived by her very special friends, Nita and Butch Dabney, as well as several nieces and nephews.
