Patty Sue Lewis, a treasured wife, mother, and friend, passed away on September 19th, 2023. Born on July 14th, 1943, she dedicated her life to the loving care of her family, the love of music and the appreciation of God’s handiwork in nature.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Patty is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bob Lewis, along with their son, Bobby Lewis, two daughters, Shannon Jacob (Jake) and Trina Williams (Kris), and grandchildren: Daven, Seth, Katelynn, Alaina, Jessica Dylan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Davenport and Euna Bess Dewire, a daughter, Marlena Lynn Shelton-Anderson (Nelson), sister, Marlene Childress, and brothers, Larry Davenport Jr. and Douglas Davenport.

Patty found joy in watching Alabama college football, the changing seasonal landscapes, and nurturing her soul within the great outdoors. Her joy of music filled her and she knew the words to just about every song. She forever remains in our hearts as a loving figure who nurtured the bonds of family and friendship with grace and enduring warmth.
