HEADLAND, AL… Paula Lanea Campbell, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Sunday morning, March 6, 2022, at Ft. Gaines Nursing Home. She was 50.
Graveside services will be held 4:00 P.M. Wednesday March 9, 2022, at Corinth Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, with Brother Buddy Brannon officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Campbell was born in Eufaula, Alabama to Brenda Louise Brannon Cowart and the late Paul Thomas Wright, Sr.. She was of Pentecostal faith. She worked as a CNA before becoming disabled. She was known for her taste of coffee and Mt. Dew. She loved her grandkids immensely.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her daughter, Ashley Strickland (Adam); her sons, Johnathan Suggs, Dillon Suggs, Christopher Shore, and Matthew Hendrix; her mother, Brenda Cowart; her grandchildren, Asher, Ayerella, Aayla, Alystair, Azriel, Carter, and Zackary; her sister, Lisa Riley; her brother, Paul Thomas Wright, Jr.; her aunts Jeanette Rodrigue, Carolyn Boone, Loretta Brannon, and Ruby Hall; and her uncles, Jim Hall, Daniel Boone, and Rema McCraney.
