Peggy Ann Pullum  of Slocomb, died Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at her residence. She was 74.

 

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday, December 9, 2011, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Eddie Biss officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 P.M. Thursday, December 8, 2011. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mrs. Pullum was born October 30, 1937, in Headland, AL, the daughter of the late John D. Kent and Ollie Sexton Kent.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Pullum, three sisters, Elsie Wilhite, Frances Knowles, Edna Dishman, and one brother, Johnny Kent.

 

Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Burkett of Malvern; son, Jerry Bradley of Ashford; sisters, Luverne Turner of Abbeville; Doris Crowe of Ashford; Linda Green and her husband, Bill of Riverview, FL; Katie Stokes of Ohio; grandchildren, Clifford Davis, Chris Davis, Jessie Bradley, Chrissie Bradley, several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
