Peggy Shows Saliba, a resident of Dothan, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023, at her residence. She was 85.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2023, at The Episcopal Church of the Nativity with Reverend Randy Sellers officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at a later date.  The family will receive friends in the church Parrish Hall following the services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, 205 Holly Lane, Dothan, AL 36301.

Mrs. Saliba was born May 26, 1937, in Bibb County, Alabama to Cleburne Watson and Orva Bernice Bailey Shows. She lived her early years there and later attended the University of Alabama where she received her B.S. degree. She was a visual artist. Mrs. Saliba was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity.

She is predeceased by her parents and her sister, Sylvia DePriest.

She is survived by her husband, Jim David Saliba of Dothan; a daughter, Amelia McNeese (Ken) of Palmetto, Georgia; two grandchildren, Annbern Holliman of Nashville, Tennessee, and David Hayden Holliman of Miami, Florida; two sisters-in-law, Merian Saliba, and Mona Parker; one brother-in-law, Tony Saliba (Sharon).
