Phyllis M. Allums of Enterprise (Level Plains), AL passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 in Flowers Hospital.  She was 70.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.

Phyllis was a Registered Nurse and worked in several healthcare facilities in the area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stafford Jr. and Margaret Strickland; her first husband, Gene Hafler.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Allums, Level Plains, AL; son, Christopher Eugene Hafler, Level Plains, AL; 3 grandsons, Erik Sebastian Hafler, Level Plains, Niles Keeton Hafler (Kenzie Barnes), Enterprise, AL, Jeremiah Gene Keeton Hafler, Level Plains AL; great-granddaughter, Juanita Marie Kay Hafler, Enterprise, AL; stepdaughter, Brittany Allums (Tyson), Dothan, AL; 2 step-grandchildren, Amara and Zavior; 2 brothers, Willis Strickland (Darlene), Florida, Erving Strickland (Cathy), North Carolina; sister, Dina Carlin-Gofter (Shelton), New York; sister-in-law, Carolyn Riley, Newville, AL; 2 brothers-in-law, Terry Allums (Kristy), Abbeville, AL and Bill Allums (Susie), Bartow, FL; several nieces, nephews and best friends, Vicki and Greg Hollis and Darlene Mock.
