Phyllis S. Popovich-Proctor, age 84, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Wednesday, February 24, 2020 at her home.

Graveside services will be held at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, GA at a later date to be announced.

Phyllis was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Dublin, GA and was a Charter Member of Lakemont Baptist Church in Petersburg, VA. She retired from the banking industry after 23 years of service and 23 years at South East Paper Manufacturing Company in East Dublin, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Popovich, Sr., a brother, Benjamin Shepard and a sister, Vicki Shepard Caneega.

Survivors include her husband, Roy E. Proctor, Enterprise, AL; her son, John Popovich, Jr. and his wife, Ginga, Enterprise, AL; three grandsons, Sam (Tracy) Popovich; Josh (Melissa) Popovich; Ben Popovich, all of Enterprise, AL; two great-granddaughters, Lindsay Popovich and Lucy Popovich, both of Enterprise AL; two great-grandsons, Brayden Popovich, Savanna, GA and John Parker Popovich, Enterprise, AL; a sister, Jean (Ephriam) Turner; a brother, James T. (Tommy) Shepard and his wife, Debra, all of Dublin, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike and Linda Popovich, Washington, OH; sister-in-law, Betty Popovich, Massillon, OH; brother-in-law, Andy Caneega, Dublin, GA; one uncle, Samuel (Rosalyn) Register, Milledgeville, GA; two step-sons, Laroy and Maury Proctor, Orange Park, FL.
