Phyllis Tice, 54, a resident of Midland City, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm Monday in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until 1pm Monday.
Mrs. Tice was born January 15, 1957 in Opp, Alabama and she resided in Atlanta, Georgia, Tampa, Plant City and Dover, Florida before moving to Midland City in 1991. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Tice.
Survivors include her sons, John (Laura) Benton, Japan, Rob Stevenson, Dothan; her daughters, Allison Gilmore, Newton and Amy (Michael) Bond, Dothan; eleven grandchildren; her brother, Harold Dubose; her sisters, Jan Norris and Becky Benton; several nieces and nephews.
