Rebecca Ann Allen Arrington of Goodman, AL passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019 in Enterprise.  She was 83.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Bruce Williams officiating.  Burial will follow in Goodman Baptist Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:  Goodman Baptist Church, 6561 County Road 625, Enterprise, Alabama 36330 or American Cancer Society, c/o Linda Andress, 400 Gibson Street, Enterprise, AL  36330.

Ann was a graduate of Troy State University and worked as a Public Housing Auditor with HUD for over 30 years.  She was the organist for Goodman Baptist Church for the past 25 years and a member of Farragut Christian Church in Knoxville, TN for several years before moving back to Goodman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, CPT(USMC) Raymond O. Arrington; parents, Gaino and Amy Allen; and sister-in-law, Nancy Allen.

Survivors include her brother, Frankie Allen (Polly); sister, Rachel Allen; nephew, Buddy Allen (Tammy); niece, Brooke Covington (Neil); grandchildren, Garrett Allen, Zoey Covington, Rhiannon Covington; and 3 very special cousins, Glenda Heath, Tommie Harding, Faye Tisdale and many other family members and special friends.
