Reverend Mark Jankoski of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021.  He was 68.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise with Reverend Louie Reynolds officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until time of service.

Mark was born July 28, 1953 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to the late Edward and Elizabeth Jankoski.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Tom Jankoski.  Mark devoted his life to serving others, first serving his country for 23 years as a chaplain in the U.S. Army before retiring from the State of Alabama.  He was currently serving as Pastor of Cool Springs Baptist Church in Enterprise.  Mark was a faithful husband and man of God.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nancy Jankoski; sisters, Helen Tarasovich (George), Dr. Jo Ann Jankoski, and Linda Leeman (Bill), all of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; brother, Steve Jankoski (Leslie) of Lakeland, Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will accept flowers or contributions may be made in his honor to Cool Springs Baptist Church, 3004 County Road 708, Enterprise, Alabama.
