KINGSPORT, TN. . .Richard Dewayne “Ricky” Lee, of Kingsport, TN, passed away Tuesday morning, July 16, 2019, in a Kingsport hospital. He was 41.

     Graveside services will be held at 4:00 P.M. (E.D.T.) Friday, July 19, 2019, in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, Cottonhill Road, Ft. Gaines, Georgia with Dr. Phil Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. (C.D.T.) Friday at Holman-Headland Mortuary in Headland.

     Memorial contributions may be made to the Vaughn Blumberg Center, 2715 Flynn Road, Dothan, AL 36304 or to the Shiloh Baptist Church “Building Fund”, 1974 Cottonhill Road, Ft. Gaines, GA 39851.

     Ricky Lee was born in Ft. Gaines, Georgia and had lived in Kingsport since 1993. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Lawrence Lee, Jr., maternal grandfather, Rick Mullins, maternal grandmother, Mary Mullins, and maternal step-grandmother, Mary Ruth Morrison.

     Surviving relatives include his mother, Debra Mullins Milloy, Georgetown, GA; his father , Tim Lee, his step-mother and caregiver, Lynn Morrison Lee, Kingsport, TN; a sister, Mandy Lee, Georgetown, GA; a brother, Ryan Lee (Hannah), Knoxville, TN and a step-brother, Wes Downing (Caryn), Talbott, TN; his paternal grandmother, Carolyn Crozier, Headland, AL and step-grandfather, James Morrison, Dothan; several aunts and uncles.
