Richard Stephen “Ricky” Morgan of Geneva passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020. He was 49 years old.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Ricky was born on February 1, 1971 in Opp, AL. Ricky was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was very devoted to Geneva, not only as a peace officer and protector, but also to his Geneva Panthers and sports family. He was very involved with his community and the citizens he faithfully served. Ricky also loved his Auburn Tigers “War Eagle!”

He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Stephen “Steve” Morgan.

He is survived by one son, Zack Morgan (Taylor) of Dothan; one daughter, Gracie Morgan of Geneva; grandson, Tate Stephen Morgan of Dothan; mother, Gail Morgan of Geneva; one sister, Angela Miller (Roland) of Geneva; one niece, Katy Morgan of Geneva; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
