Rita Ann Kitts Carpenter, a resident of Taylor, died Sunday, May 13, 2012, from injuries received in an auto accident.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, May 18, 2012, from the Chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverends Dale Worley and Buddy Ward officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 9 to 10 A.M. Friday, May 18, 2012, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Survivors include three sons, Daniel Carpenter and wife, Leslie of Hampton, VA; Cody Carpenter, Benjamin Carpenter, both of Taylor; parents, Douglas and Ann Kitts of Dothan; brothers and sisters, Dawnette Wright and husband, Dean of Hickory, N.C.; Roy Kitts and wife, Susie, of Newville, AL; Jeremy Kitts and wife, Tracey, of Graceville, FL; fiancé, Rickey Quattlebaum of Dothan; paternal grandmother, Annie Hunt of Dothan; and several nieces and nephews.
