Robbie “Rose Girl” Lou Webb


Robbie “Rose Girl” Webb, age 56 of Dothan died Wednesday night February 27, 2019 at her home under the care of Southern Care Hospice Services.


Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday March 4, 2019 in the Chapel of Angels at Family First Funeral & Cremation Care with the Reverend Myra Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery in Avon with Family First Funeral & Cremation Care directing.  Serving as active pallbearers will be Allen Harvell, James Norris, Donald Cannon, Larry Cotton Jr., Richard Swint, and Phillip Wadsworth. All bar business owners are asked to be honorary pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. till 4:00 P.M. Sunday March 3, 2019 at Family First.


Robbie was born in Dothan daughter of the late James Earl Dean and Betty Cochran Dean Holland.  She was the owner and operator of Robbie’s Roses a business that offered Roses and gifts for sale to patrons in nightclubs and bars.  Robbie dearly loved her family, grandchildren and the many friends she made in her business.  She was of the Baptist faith.


Survivors include three sons Stanley Hobbs (Karla), Ricky Webb (Twyla), James Webb all of Dothan, two brothers Billy James Dean (Ramona) of Birmingham, Tony Dean of Hartford, three sisters Lisa Cannon (Donald) of Panama City, FL, Theresa Norris (James), April Dean all of Dothan, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.


A special thanks to Ron Bedford (Owner of Cowboys Nightclub) for supporting her business along with all the other bar business owners who did the same.  The family would also like to thank Southern Care Hospice Services for their love and compassion shown to Robbie.  


Care for the Webb family is being provided by Randy Crenshaw, Jason Shepard and the staff at Family First.
