Robert Paul “Bubba” Temple, Jr. a resident of Webb, Alabama died Monday, August 7, 2023 at his home. He was 70.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 5 PM - 7 PM, Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 2091 Enon Road Webb, Alabama 36376.

Born to the late Robert Paul Temple, Sr and Martha Love Temple on December 9, 1952 he moved to the Wiregrass Area at an early age. After high school he began work at the Colonial Bread Company, retiring after twenty-eight years due to their closing.  He was a hard worker who never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. You always knew where you stood with Mr. Robert. Very seldom would you run across him when he didn’t have a good chew of tobacco. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother who was well known for being kind and humble. Mr. Robert will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a son, Jason Temple; a daughter, Heather Smith; five sisters, Sue Johnson, Charlotte Smith, Ocie Mercer (Danny), Jane Temple, and Linda Williams; five grandchildren, Skyler Mitchell (Raleigh), Kenslie Mitchell, Jaelyn Temple, Annah Smith, Jamison Smith, and Jake Temple; one great granddaughter, Lylah Mitchell; his best friend, Stan Dawsey; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
