Ronald Angelo “Ronnie” Zito Sr.

Ronald Angelo “Ronnie” Zito Sr. passed away February 4, 2023 at Dale Medical Center. He was 71 years old.

A celebration of life service will be held 2 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.

He preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gordon Zito. Ronnie was born on September 1, 1951 to the late Angelo and Marilyn in Rhode Island. He served in the United States Navy for a short time before being honorably discharged on December 8, 1972. Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid card player and a pool shark. You would never want to bet against him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by daughter, Ronette Garner; his son, Ronald Angelo Zito II (Victoria), six grandchildren, Erin Barefield, Ethan Barefield, Sabrina Zito Bush (Donnie), Rebecca Zito, Peters (Christian), Ronald Zito III, Magnolia Zito, Willow Zito; one great grandchild, Grayson Zito Bush; and one brother, Johnny Zito (Linda).
