Ronald Clark Scheffer, a resident of Gordon, AL died Thursday, May 17, 2012. He was 80.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P. M. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from the Chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Hill Cemetery, Ward Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 5 until 7 P. M. Flowers will be accepted.

Mr. Scheffer was born in Michigan and moved to Gordon in 1988. He was a veteran and proudly served his country during the Korean war.

His wife Patricia preceded him in death in 2001.

Survivors include his daughter; Rhonda Bolin and husband Steve of Gordon; One brother Joel Scheffer of Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
