Rose Marie Stewart of Geneva passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.  She was 75. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Brenda Jones, officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva, directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 29, 2021, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mrs. Stewart was born in Dothan, AL on December 23, 1945, to the late Luther and Rosa Lee Roach.  She graduated from Geneva High School, Class of 1965.  Prior to her retirement, she worked as a bus driver in the Geneva City School System for many years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Stewart, and brother, Billy Paul Roach.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Ward of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Krystal Ogburn, Paul Vaughan both of Geneva, Katie Stewart of Vernon, FL, Amy Stewart of Panama City, FL, Donald Williams of Nederland, TX, Nakesha Callahan of Caryville, FL, Taylor Shiver, Dakota Everett, and Bresais Shiver, all of Geneva; thirteen great-grandchildren.  She dedicated her life to taking care of children.
