Roy Ray Jackson age 71, a resident of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama. Funeral services will be held at Zion Chapel Baptist Church on Saturday, June 22, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM with Rev. Cary Maulden officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Chapel Baptist Church cemetery with Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his Son - David (Brittany) Jackson, Valdosta, GA, Daughter - Amy (Jeff) Dixon, Midland City, AL, Brother - Tullis (Rebecca) Jackson, Enterprise, AL, and a Sister - Judy Morgan of Troy, AL. He also leaves behind Brother-in-law - Mickey (Renee) Kelley, Troy, AL, Brother-in-law - Dale (Faye) Kelley, Riverside, AL, and Sister-in-law - Glenda Atkinson of Elba, AL, along with Grandson - Jacob Jackson, Valdosta, GA, Grandson - Asher Jackson, Valdosta, GA, Granddaughter - Jada Robinson, Valdosta, GA, and Grandson - Riggs Dixon of Midland City, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ellen Gale Jackson, along with parents Hazel and Roy Jackson.
