Ruth A. Seymore, beloved wife of R. V. Seymore, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Flowers Hospital. She was 89 years old.

She was loved by many friends in the FUMC of Dothan where she was a faithful member. She was a strong prayer warrior and Bible teacher.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma, AL with the Rev. Steve Kopp, minister of Memorial Methodist Church officiating. She and R.V. served the majority of their married life working with youth at Memorial Methodist Church.

She is predeceased by her parents, Sylvester and Mamie Abercrombie of Selma.

Visitation will be held at Glover Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019. Memorials may be made to Dothan FUMC-UMCOR ministry.
