Sanjuana Ornelas Sanchez

 

Ms. Sanjuana Sanchez age 86 of Dothan passed away early Monday, November 21, 2022 at Flowers Hospital.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Family First Funeral Care Chapel officiated by Father James E. Dane with visitation starting at 1 p.m.

Ms. Sanchez was born March 17, 1936 in Raymondsville, Texas to Arnulfo Ornelas and Manuela Garza Ornelas.  She lived all of her life in Texas except for the last 4 months she moved to Dothan to be with her family. 

She enjoyed playing Bingo, making crafts, putting puzzles together, shopping and enjoyed visiting different restaurants around town. 

Ms. Sanchez is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son Esmerejildo Sanchez, Jr; brothers Pedro Ornelas, Arnulfo Ornelas, Roberto Ornelas, Antonio Ornelas, Manuel Ornelas; sister Guadalupe Sanchez.

Survivors include her daughter Sanjuana Sanchez Reyes; 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother Rogelio Ornelas; daughter in law Francis Lugo.
