Sara Nell Thomas of Enterprise, AL, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012, in Columbus, GA.  She was 86.

 

            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 13, 2012, at Park Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Jones and Rev. Leon Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends Monday at the church from 10:00AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Park Avenue Baptist Church, 300 E. Park Ave., Enterprise, AL 36330.

           

            Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents, John and Vera Davis, her husband, Raymond R. Thomas; and a son-in-law, James F. Blair.

 

            Survivors include a daughter, Angela Blair, Columbus, GA; son, Phillip Thomas (Cheryl), Enterprise, AL; 4 grandchildren, Brady Blair (Cathy), Columbus, GA, Mandy Blair Pierce (Jason), Columbus, GA, Kelli Thomas, Enterprise, AL, Kim Thomas Hanson (Chris), Nashville, TN; 4 great-grandchildren, Maddi Martin, Amelia Martin, Sarah Martin, and Macie Blair
