Scottie Knight, age 48 of Dothan, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at Southeast Medical Center.

 He was born August 14, 1972 in Houston County to William S. Knight and Margaret (Brannon) Knight. Mr. Knight was a loving son, brother, and father, who loved to work and was an avid outdoorsman, especially hunting and fishing

 He was preceded in death by his father, William S. Knight.

 Scottie is survived by his children, Hunter (fiancée, Carrie Grace Flatt) and Hannah Knight; mother, Margaret Knight; sister, Debbie Arnett (Daniel); brother, Tony Knight (Linda) and children; nephew, Brannon Arnett; niece, Emily Turvin (Zack); great-niece, Margaret Kate Turvin; great-nephew, William Clark Turvin; fiancée, Julie Beasley and many life long friends.

 Public visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.

 We will follow all Covid-19 safety guidelines.
