She was married to the late Reverend Fred Oren Page on July 17, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. He lovingly referred to her as his child bride for the 43 years of their marriage. She was saved on Christmas morning when she was 9 years old and spent 75 years serving God and loving and ministering to people. She was a huge supporter of her late husband Reverend Fred Oren Page in their ministry together.  They pastored several churches and evangelized over a span of 43 years. They traveled coast to coast spreading the Good News of the gospel. She was an avid Bible reader and taught Sunday school a number of years. She helped raise money for churches with making donuts, fried pies & crocheting. She loved un-conditionally.  It didn’t matter who you were, where you came from or what you had done – she just loved YOU and you knew you were loved. Any time you would visit she would try to feed you – whether you were hungry or not.  Before age crept up on her, she could put a meal together for a house full of people at a moment’s notice and sometimes with limited sources. Over the years she sewed dresses for many of our church women across the country.  Additionally, she did custom sewing which included formal, wedding, and native American garments and taught sewing classes for a number of years. She made quilts – some simple and some intricate show quality quilts – in fact there are many here today who was a recipient of one of her quilts. Her family was EVERYTHING to her – she lived and existed for ‘family’. There wasn’t much that one of the grand children couldn’t talk her into doing.. everything from tent camping to cave exploring to mud puddle jumping, tasting strangely sour candy to jumping on beds in hotel rooms – but NOT in her house thank you! She stayed active the last couple years of her life attending senior women teas and bible study with women of all denominations, going to Boy Scout events and helping to sell Girl Scout cookies. She supplemented her income by making what she called her “product”… homemade relish and jelly for a local Farmers Market store.

Survivors include daughters, Odessa Parks of Chelsea, OK and LaQuieta Page-Sheffield (Robert) of Hartford, AL; three grandsons, Dallen Parks (Heather) of Claremore, OK and Daren Parks of Miami, OK and Anthony Sheffield of Hartford, AL; two granddaughters, Chandra Hilliard of Claremore, OK and Savannah Sheffield of Hartford, AL; great-grandchildren, Michaela Parks, McKenna Parks, Madalan Parks, Andrew Hilliard (Kinsey), Adriana Hilliard, Suzannah Hilliard and Oren Austin Ward; great-great granddaughter, Victoria Grace Hilliard, brother, Don Johnson; sisters, Connie Johnson Drummonds and Betty Burns, and a host of friends and family.

She was preceded in death by husband Reverend, Fred Oren Page, parents and step-parents, daughter, Glena Sue Eubanks, great-grandson, Dakota Mattern, brother, Cecil Johnson and sister, Mary Ann Hope.

Pallbearers will be family members: Jimmy Foster, Dave Reed, Roy Johnson, Dart Drummonds, Dwayne Page, Dr. Rick Page.
