DALEVILLE…. Mr. Stephen W. Miller, a resident of Daleville, died Saturday afternoon, October 31, 2020 in Medical Center Enterprise. He was 38.


            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 6, 2020 in the Daleville Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Peters, Reverend Jordan Johnson and Reverend Bill Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, near Ariton. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.


            Mr. Miller, son of the late Alton Mack Miller, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Doster Miller, was a native of Ozark and has lived in Daleville for the past four years. He worked with the City of Daleville for the past eight years and was currently working with the Water Dept. Mr. Miller attended the Daleville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Miller.


            Surviving relatives include his wife, Lorrie Miller, Daleville; two daughters, Mary Miller, Daleville; two sons, Stephen Miller, Jr., Daleville and Ryan Miller, Ozark; three brothers, Mickey Miller (Melissa), Iowa, Alton Miller (Tracy), Blue Springs, and Heath Miller, Ozark; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jackie and Wanda English, Ozark; sister-in-law, Stephanie English, Skipperville; brother-in-law, Brodie Williams; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, including niece/daughter, Lily English, Skipperville.
