Sue Ellen Pybus, age 55, of Navarre, Florida, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022. Sue was born June 18, 1966 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Hollis and Maxine Cain. She enjoyed cooking southern cuisine for her family and friends and spending the sunny days relaxing on the beach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Larry Long and Billy Ray Long and sister Pamela Long. Surviving are her husband Rodney Pybus; her daughter Ashley Devaney, her husband Dennis; her son Phillip Pybus; her sister Delores Posey; her nephews Jimmy Posey, Jeff Posey, Michael Bright, Scotty Long, Stewart Long, Bryant Long, and Mitchell Long; her nieces Lorie Long Sellers and Simona Bright; and her granddaughter Harper Devaney. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Lewis Funeral Home in Navarre, FL. Visitation will be at 10 AM. The Family wishes to thank the staff of Baptist and Sacred Hospital and Bay Breeze Nursing Center for the love and care given to Sue during her time of illness.
