Mrs. Suellen "Suzi" Weeks Payne, age 49, a resident of Dothan died Friday July 26, 2013 at her residence.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.  Kendall Glover of Glover Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to one's favorite charity. 

Mrs. Payne was born on May 10, 1964 in Dothan, the daughter of Lowell Edwin Weeks and Sheron Doster Powell.  She was a resident of Dothan and Headland her entire life and was a homemaker.  She was a member of Harvest Church in Dothan. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James L. and Janice Weeks and Howard and Joyce Doster. 

Survivors include: husband, Victor L. Payne, Dothan; daughter and son-in-law, Melinda "Mindy" Whitehurst Bui (Daniel), Pensacola, FL.; son, James Anthony Whitehurst, Headland; grandson, Anthony Cameron Whitehurst, Headland; mother and step-father, Sheron "Sherry" Powell (Charles), Dothan; father and step-mother, Lowell Weeks (Diane), Headland.
