EUFAULA. . .Tamala Hartzog Price, a resident of Eufaula, died Saturday morning, July 18, 2020, at her home. She was 61.

      Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in the Edwin Cemetery with Brother Robert Rhodes officiating. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 P.M. Monday at the mortuary. Social distancing guidelines will be observed.

      Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses.

      Tamala Price was born and reared in the Edwin Community of Henry County. She was a graduate of Abbeville High School and attended Faulkner University. She later received a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Samford University. In earlier years, Tamala was employed as an Accountant with several accounting firms. She was preceded in death by her parents who raised her, Wiley Eugene Hartzog and Eleanor Searcy Hartzog, a brother, Bobby Hartzog and her former husband, Bobby Price.

      Surviving relative include two daughters, Ashley Price and Savannah Smith, both of Eufaula; a son, Christopher Price (Michelle), BakerHill, AL; a sister, Martha Turner (Jack), Dothan; a brother, Greg Hartzog, Echo, AL; three grandchildren, Hunter Price, Reagan Price and Mikayla Simmons; a great-grandchild, Paisley Wood.
