THERESA GILBERT
ABBEVILLE.… Theresa Gilbert, a resident of the Henry County Health & Rehab, formerly of Midland City, passed away Friday morning, April 10, 2020. She was 68.
Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
Ms. Gilbert was born in Griffin, Georgia to the late Leroy Smith and Mildred Sheridan Angermair. She lived in various parts of the country while moving with her family. She graduated from Carroll High School in Miami, Florida. She lived in Midland City for over twenty years before moving to the Henry County Health & Rehabilitation two years ago. She worked with the Piggly Wiggly in Headland for over twenty years and then Publix in Dothan for six years in the meat department.
Theresa was also preceded in death by her step-father, Max Angermair and a brother, Jimmy Don Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Crystal Gilbert Gustat (Sean) of Eufaula; her son Dale Gilbert (Melaine) of Pinckard; her sister, Sheila Ramsey of Virginia; her brother, Terry Angermair (Bonnie) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Patrick Gilbert (Michaila), Ashley Kennell (Mark), Sarah Gilbert, and Michael McDaniel; and a great-granddaughter, Harper Gilbert.
